This place used to be fantastic friendly fast and helpful. Last night and today, I ordered on 3 occasions online and was definitely shopping the location i purchase from every time; when finalizing the order, the location changed to a dispensary an hour away. I was told at the counter by an associate that this is normal, and that i couldnt get the product due to "we dont have that." Nevermind that the 3 orders didnt appear on her computer after scanning my ID. Multiple visits to the counter later, had to run to car to get phone to explain my order because they wouldnt just help me by offering alternatives or some kind of assistance to maybe upsell me something,or secure a sale at least. "Budtender" is a term for the service we expect from providers of the good stuff, its an attitude and demeanor. However the retail associate i dealt with was extremely unhelpful and even did the GenZ stare. None of the 6 employees watching and listening seemed to wanna help either. Great shop, but its always been the people that make it shitty :/ Never going back.
