This place is great except for sometimes the quality of the marinuana is not what these despenceries say that it is. Bottom line is they lie to us to seel the brands that are wanting to be sold aggressively. I respect that I really do but I was thinking that maybe its time to up the medical marijuana amount for patients who need it....if a despencery would look out for the medical amd actually help the person who actually needs the best there is so we dont abuse other heavy drugs. I've been clean off everything but weed for years. I spend 500 to 600 every month and sometimes I get bunk weed that all the despenceries say that the weed im buying is good.like 30 percent indica or something that barley does the job but I cant take it back cuz it sucks. Bottom line is the despenceries need to take care of the medical application as we are the backbone to any despenceries opperatio n. If you didnt have us you would amhave nothing. So since we cant get 2.5 ounces everyday like the recreational ppl can. Bc they need it for the party and I need it to function. See the differences???? Bottom line is do something Big for the Medical patients...Something big like 45% off ounces on tues and Thurs only for medical and it should be the best that is out there. Thank you Saphire

Definitely best prices in Central Ohio! Usually doing 25-35 percent off the whole store! Only problem I’ve had with them is when I came through the drive-through yesterday I received a leaky vaporizer. They seemed very apologetic and was very quick with the Refund. But like I said, I’m only had that one problem with them, everything else has been spot on. Great customer service great atmosphere. This is the only dispensary I shop at!! Update 12/10/25 First time I’ve had an issue with this place involving customer service. As soon as Walk up to the counter, All I could feel was negative vibes from the person, checking me in. I called up to see if I was required to bring a paper copy of my interim Document or if I could just show it on my phone because my ID was stolen. With a nasty attitude, I was told we accept the phone ID, but we really recommend a paper copy. Then why just not tell me it’s required to bring a paper copy of the ID and then give me an attitude when I have my phone on me when you told me I could use it. And under her breath, all I could hear was little smart comments. Didn’t catch her name, but she obviously doesn’t need to be working on the counter if she treats all people like this. There needs to be some serious training on customer service At least in the front counter department. Everything else was great as usual. The lady in the back took my phone just fine and there was no problems. Really thinking about not coming back by the way I was treated. I feel like I was seeing there’s more of a problem than a customer by the lady upfront
