Regarding the Return Policy: While the first line of the receipt mentions a 30-day return window for general merchandise, the policy clearly specifies: "Vapor products are exchange only within 7 days of original purchase." Since your purchase was a vapor product, a refund is not an option under our established terms; however, we are committed to helping you with an exchange. 2. The Resolution Offered: Our employee confirmed the item was purchased the day before and asked you to bring it in immediately. This was because, to honor the 7-day exchange window, we require the item to be inspected to confirm the issue is a manufacturing defect, not user error or damage. We intended to help facilitate this necessary exchange process. 3. Manufacturer Support: As a courtesy, our employee also correctly advised that if we couldn't immediately resolve the defect in-store, the Randy's manufacturer warranty provides a direct and reliable way for you to receive a working replacement unit. Our goal is to resolve this for you within the policy guidelines. We still encourage you to bring the Randy's Grip + and your receipt back to the store as soon as possible to allow us to perform the inspection and proceed with an exchange for a functional unit.
