Highly recommend! As a new customer I was given a lanyard, lighter leash, and a Christmas ornament. Great prices and professional staff.

The dispensary itself is visually appealing and the people who work there are particularly amazing!!! Matteo is my favorite budtender, his fun personality combined with his depth of knowledge about the field give me a lot of comfort with my choice of flower. Will definitely be coming back again and again!!!

CAME BACK TO CHANGE REVIEW! After going to Shangra-La for awhile I’m still yet to have a bad experience. Everytime I go everyone is super friendly, they all remember me and my name, and always do an amazing job of making me feel a part of the family. Everyone here is extremely professional and above all knowledgeable. I’ve worked in multiple dispensaries and always find myself upset when I go to get advice from bud tenders. No one seems to have knowledge anymore. Not only do I trust their advice here but I just go in blindly these days and have them recommended me whatever they think and they without a doubt always nail it. Thanks again guys, your continued effort is definitely noticed and appreciated. I look forward to my next visit!
