Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I bought a vape that had a clear defect: the draw was extremely restricted and produced almost no vapor. When I asked for an exchange, I was told that “they’re all like that,” and the store declined to replace it. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I can always count on this shop for great products and excellent service. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they always make sure I leave with the perfect item. This is my go-to store for all things vaping – never disappoints!It would be even better if they had KANGVAPE – they’ve got my all-time favorite flavors!!!

I went in to see their offerings as I waited for my food next door. Let's say that the owner of the store is not friendly at all. I am demandinf that he has to be, but when I'm thinking of spending a lot of money, I sometimes want to speak candid as I make my selections. Let's just say he wasn't for my banter, so I will not be back to spend any more of my money! 💨💸💰🚫

Lots of options compared to ANY of shops in the area. They actually keep their inventory plentiful & even have new items when I come. Other shops have had the same minimum items w/ less & less each time I’ve gone the past year. It’s like they don’t care or can’t restock anything. This is my new store permanently until I relocate.

This vape shop offers an excellent selection with plenty of options to choose from, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. The sellers are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience smooth and welcoming.

The guy that I always deal with he is great always helps and is super nice really knows the product only vape shop I come to in the area the best please come and see my man Arshad best and nice guy!!!

maybe it was a one time thing but the young black guy I worked with there could care less about his job, didn't listen to any of my questions or concerns, didn't know his product, when ask about flavor recommendations he simply just pointed at the wall and was like "this is what we have". I would expect this type of behavior or lack of knowledge from a new employee, but newer employees at least make an attempt. This guy simply was just there to collect a paycheck. zero customer service skills, will never go back.

Manager is very knowledgeable and very kind. Gorgeous store with a lot of variety in vapes and kratom. I drive an out of my way just to come to this store!

Great customer service. The store is well kept and clean. The mistake I made was asking for cannabis pre-roll and it was terrible. It was over priced and there was absolutely no cannabis contents inside. I’m sure their vape products are great. I wouldn’t go for non vape products though.
