Just be aware before you let them scan your id remember the vender they use sells your info . Once they scan the id it gives everything on the front and back of your id to the vender they use for age verification then they sell it to other 3rd parties. The owners should have a sign information the customers what info they are giving up before sale. I will not patronize any business that wants to scan my id again . Not good business practice at all especially knowing what they do with your information. Most customers don’t realize they are willingly handing over info without knowing the possible consequences.
Thank you for your message. I want to be very clear that the statements being made are absolutely not true. We do not use any third-party vendor for age verification. No external company is involved in this process in any way. The ID scan simply reads the data from the identification and inputs the character fields into our own internal system, which we operate and control entirely. The sole purpose of this process is to ensure accurate age verification. It is specifically designed to prevent human error—such as a staff member misreading an ID or incorrectly calculating a date of birth. Unfortunately, this location has previously failed federal tobacco compliance checks, and as a result, we have implemented a stricter verification policy to ensure that we do not sell to minors again. This is both a legal requirement and an operational priority for us. To further clarify: The scan only pulls basic ID information into a CSV file That file is uploaded into our internal computer system All data is stored on our secure server The information is not sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party Any claim that this data is being sold or provided to outside vendors is purely an assumption and is factually incorrect.

They tell you to open the package to make sure your vape works, but then when you leave the store you must take an empty box with you. Mean while they will dispose of the remaining packaging. When leaving the store they don't provide a garbage to throw out, nor is there one outside. Can you imagine going out to a bar and having drinks and they tell you to take your empty cans with you. Or going to a Fast food restaurant and taking your garbage with you. What's wrong with this picture. Is that what customer service is all about. No wonder people are getting away from going to a store and ordering online.
This was mentioned to you by our staff at both locations of the company policy in which you continued to discard the packaging on the floor and in the parking lot. The batteries and devices are required to stay in the packaging and cannot be removed by an associate, nor can associates dispose of any of this packing even if a customer has asked them to. We understand providing that extra customer service by kindly tossing their trash, but due to regulations and safety precautions associated with lithium ion batteries in devices, we will not allow associates to throw packaging away that contains the warnings and caution notices. If batteries are mishandled, they can combust and cause serious damage to people or property. We don’t want this to happen and that is why this is a company policy and must be followed.
No idea why I can't swipe a card here. Makes zero sense.
Hi Sean, thank you for the feedback. We are truly sorry for the bad experience you had. We understand it is frustrating when a card won't swipe. We've actually disabled swiping on purpose for security reasons. The magnetic stripe is an older, less secure technology, and our system requires the secure chip (inserting the card) or tap-to-pay to protect everyone's information. Before disabling swipe, we were seeing thousands of dollars of fraudulent transactions from stolen credit cards, which is much harder for thieves to do with EMV or tap-to-pay.
