Sunburn Cannabis Dispensary

If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an online order and picked up within the stated 24-hour pickup window. Unfortunately, I encountered yet another issue at this location. After the transaction, I realized there was a problem with my order and called the store for assistance. The manager, Taylor, told me the issue was my fault and provided very poor customer service. Initially, she stated that they are unable to see when an online order is placed. However, when my fiancé called to ask the same question, she then said she could see exactly when the order was placed and when the 24-hour window expired—down to the minute. This contradiction was frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, every bud tender I have interacted with at this location has seemed untrained or inattentive, leading to repeated mistakes and a lack of accountability. Offering a free pre-roll does not make up for dismissive attitudes or inconsistent information from management. There have been multiple instances of incompetence at this location, and until customer service and staff training improve, I cannot recommend shopping here.

One big downside i have run into has been the website and the ordering system.... adding extra steps and even though i put in my info to sign in i never got points, so it feels disheartening to see no buildup for rewards.... staff are still great to talk to though!

Says closing time is “9pm” all over google, they lock the doors 20 minutes early if no one is in there. Very unprofessional and lazy.

This place is 🔥 🔥 🔥.. Absolutely the best.., if you haven’t tried a 2g hand roll you are missing out. Feel like I’m in a High Times Magazine, hands down best ever. Red Congo Puck is my fav.. shit don’t play!

This was probably the nicest dispensary I've ever visited. The place was fairly large with a lot of merch displayed in glass cases to purchase. I appreciated the organization of ordering on line compared to in store. The store had a nice variety to choose from online and had great deals. I got 12 items for $195 (mix of flower, concentrate, vape, and pre rolls). Ill definitely have to find the sunburn in cape coral now since we were just visiting Jacksonville for the holiday. This may be my new fave dispensary outside of Fluent.
