Purchased a 5 count pre roll pack. When I got home, I opened my container only to find 2 pre rolls instead of 5. Extremely disappointed.

I have been going to Surterra since before the pandemic. They are always very professional and friendly. The location on Atlantic Blvd in Jax has an awesome staff, and they provide excellent customer service. Their products are of very good quality.

I've been to this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. Sadly, I was disappointed the other day when I visited to discover the tip jar has been taken away. LET ME JUST SAY. This location is IMMACULATE. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The vibes are impeccable. If anyone deserves my $2 change, it's these guys. Do better Surterra. I don't want to go back to Fluent.
