Terrasana Columbus Dispensary

Just not an enjoyable experience. Budtenders look unhappy, felt rushed, change slammed in hand. No eye contact or warm reception from anyone. Not sure if they are supported well or just certain peoples attitudes.

This is easily my favorite dispensary around the Columbus area. The daily deals are very nice. Additionally, the staff are great. Everyone is friendly, talkative, and helpful. I have a physical disability and one of the staff noticed and helped me out in small ways such as helping open a door that I was struggling with. It made my day and goes to show how caring and respectful the employees are. Also the product itself is great too. I have not bought a single thing I was displeased with.

Place a joke I dont recommend this place to anyone. Weird staff in there for sure lol. I tried to by a battery but couldn't because of a little corner chip on my ID lol but was just in there 15 minutes and aloud me to purchase a cart smh.

I’ve been a customer for over 3 yrs as the location is 15 min drive . I only come for help with sleep. This past year they often out of stock for edibles and gummies. I am told often by the person helping me that they seem to run out by mid week and if I stop by Thursday late afternoon or Friday I would have better luck. I am 77 and have trouble ordering ahead. I believe your “Buyer”. Needs to look at supply and demand. So I am heading to Bloom Dispensary 25 min drive because they are rarely out of anything

The rating average surprises me. I find this place very nice. Orders are always processed fast, the employees are pleasant, and they carry things I can't find other places. It's right off the freeway too!

Great place and everyone was very friendly and helpful with every question I asked. Will definitely be going back again!
