Terrible experience always- the website says one price and will ALWAYS be higher once you arrive. The manager refuses to acknowledge and accommodate to the problem, instead just says they cannot do anything. Avoid at all costs.

No half ounces over 25% THC? Come on we want top shelf product especially paying top dollar!!!

Love this place but just a heads up if you use their ATM you will get charged double for the fees. Just looked at my bank account I'm getting charge $6.50 every time I take money from their ATM. I've done that at least seven times without knowing. Also I would stop going to this place start going to good River Wellness over in Euclid they have all the same Brands plus more at their location that this place has and it's 40% off every single day.been going there for the last 3 months it's been amazing

I am so grateful for all of the knowledge and patience that was shared with me by Azzy while I was shopping. I didn’t feel rushed or judged - my questions were met with kind regard and candid suggestions. Thanks for being a good human - we need more of them! As for the dispensary itself - I think they have a great variety, good sales and prices. Most of all, I just really love the atmosphere and efforts to educate their customers during the interaction; that has been apparent to me from each employee I’ve interacted with. I’ll be back!

The landing dispo was very cozy, quick, and made the process easy for the whole team! For sure will be here every-time we visit!

Around July I found out I have $100 in rewards. Since then I have looked at the Berea & Cleveland stores almost daily for accessories. A few times there have been 1 or 2 things worth a damn like a Pax Mini or a Unicorn concentrate device or a Puffco Peak. But they have always been gone within a day or two and I haven’t been able to get up there in time. Now they say that the rewards expire on 12/31 and still don’t have accessories. I wouldn’t have given a S until you told me I had rewards and now that they are about to expire without not being provided the opportunity to use them, I’m pissed. It’s ridiculous and yes over the $100 in fake rewards (you know since you don’t accessories to be able to use them) that are expiring I will not go back, if mine expire with only having the option to purchase a battery I don’t need and do not use or a pouch or thermos or accessory to a device I don’t have and you don’t stock.

First experience with them . Have to say completed the purchase with ease staff was amazing, However the Product the 1g hill fire was gummy and burn was not smooth.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are cheaper than most places and they even offered a 0.37 preroll for $5. Definitely recommend
