Amazing place so pretty amazing customer service great employees

Overall I have a great experience every time I visit, the employees are very quick to greet you and offer help, and assist with any questions you have. The store is laid out pretty well and clear, and they have a big selection of cool products, including glassware, psychedelic products, and more. But I'd definitely remind everyone who shops there (or anywhere that sells things of these nature) to do their own research about the products you're buying. In general, I wish for everyone who shops there to have as good of an experience as I have had.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment in the last month and thousands over the last year. Every experience is different, I will NEVER shop here again. Some reps are knowledgeable on the products and others act like they’ve never even been in the store before. I walked in today expecting to receive the same service and prices that I’ve grown accustomed to and was completely appalled by the lack of knowledge on products and bulk deals. I walked away from spending $300+ dollars on a bulk deal and will likely never give them my business again. Waste of time coming into this store.
