Good service they look out

I always hit this place for my Nano 4 pods. They have the 3ml size that refills from the side without taking the black top off like the other Vaporesso pods. You get points on vape juices only, and they want your cell number. You will get tons of spam calls after that. Cheapest in town. Not certain what I am supposed to "add" to the review as asked by Maps.

Not the same anymore

literally every time i come here, the chubby guy gets mad that you ask for a product but he makes sure that he’s the one that serves me so that he can say “no we don’t have it” without ever actually looking for it. everyone one serves me just fine or at least looks to confirm if they have it or not. like, i’m in here to spend money so I can’t imagine why he acts like that. and if I try to wait for another employee to help me instead, he tells them no and that he’ll be the one to help me. it’s literally happened 8 times now, too much to be a coincidence. it’s a shame i have to go first thing in the morning when i know he’s not in just to spend my money here. craziness. everyone else is great tbh, but this just gets to a point.

Super friendly, and lines move fast. Employees super friendly, let me test new products that come in so I can give them an honest opinion. Nay far beat vape shop in Norfolk with the best variety of everything.

Excellent customer service. I was all worked up having to go back to the store to return a vape I bought that I didn't like. After traveling to 15 different places (literally). This location is the ONLY location that offered to order the juice I have been looking for!!! I highly recommend a company that is all about service to the people!! ♡

I have been buying 25 pack boxes of Bluntvilles all year. Now all of a sudden today some female that I have never seen before is telling my boyfriend that they don’t sell them by the box. Since when?? He didn’t even argue with her instead bought a few packs when he should have just left. We won’t be back. They could’ve made $30 but settled for $5 instead. Good people and always excellent service

Great shop with a fantastic selection and a staff that goes the extra mile to take care of its customers. They were out of a certain cartridge I wanted and the owner went out of his way to go to another location to get them for me. You rarely see that kind of dedication in many retailers these days. Keep up the great work, gentlemen. I'll always be back when I need services and products.

Been to most of the Vape stores in the area & all they had were over priced vapes and unfriendly/unknowledgeable staff. To address some of the previous reviews - this shop is NOT closed and is NOT selling fake vapes, to his knowledge. If there is an issue with one he is more than willing to eat the cost and offer a new replacement. He also considers ordering the vape or flavor your looking for. My friend & I sit and ask a ton of questions and suggestions about vapes and he is always willing to take the time to answer them. I highly suggest this vape store - his prices & selection alone are worth the drive/visit!!
