Showed up 20 mins before close, turned away do to closing at 9pm. I did not see where it says walkins before 8:30pm. That was a bad experience. 1 🌟...

Just tried going at 8pm on a Saturday night in which the door and the website says they’re open and they were closed. Super disappointed and annoyed

Hi Colin, we're very sorry to hear if you have run into some troubles during your recent visit to Trulieve. We would be happy to clarify this matter for you. Presently, for our Ohio facilities to remain within compliance with the Department of Commerce Regulations, all transactions must be completed prior to the posted closing time of 8 PM. Therefore, customers with online orders, or walk-in customers must be in store 15 minutes before close and new patients 30 minutes before close, to ensure that all transactions are completed successfully. You can find this listed on the homepage of each of our Ohio storefronts on the Trulieve website. That said, we have shared your concerns with leadership for further consideration and improvements to be made moving forward in terms of this being more readily visible and communicated. I love my visits to Trulieve. I find the staff to be not only kind, friendly, and helpful, but also extremely knowledgeable about strains, terpines, etc. As a medical card holder, I get some great deals and discounts.

Honestly, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone who works here is super nice and actually helpful — like they take the time to explain things instead of rushing you. The products have all been great too, and I like knowing exactly what I’m getting and what’s in it. It just feels safer and more legit. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and I don’t get it, which is why I’m leaving this review. My experiences have been the total opposite. This place has been solid every time I’ve gone. Highly recommend.
