Trulieve Jacksonville Dispensary

Worst location of all Jax. Wait times are insane over 15 minutes… ,they never pack orders ahead of time they will wait until you get there and pack.Unable to check in because they won’t pre pack orders. Every Trulieve in Jacksonville is better than this one. Employees are also super rude. Better off driving to the one further down beach Blvd they will have your order ready in minutes.

One out of three vape products does not work at all. I am stranded without medication now because I was desperate enough to fall for this store again. My mistake, joke is on me. I'll just rock back and forth till the panic goes away, it will be okay. Not good for people who actually need this for real instead of just to get high like most of the clients Takes over an hour to get my weed. I wish they didn't put all the people that sold weed before out of work. Alot of people with disabilities sold to get by and they had to take that away too. I'm glad everyone loves the Walmart of weed, but it killed private growers.

The wait times are outta control. What happened to the service here.🤷‍♂️ 30-45 minute wait and a room full of people who haven't checked in. There is no one greeting people . They just yell from the back "ill be with you in a minute and disregard people waiting and they have no respect for peoples time. 👀👀

Tonight I enter this beach Blvd store and the the same results comes from the store manager no hard effort towards getting the customers in and out.. also I don't understand if customer are inside the store the store reps should move quickly as possible to meet the customers satisfaction.. However not in this case the store manager was in the back working and the black guy who hair should be unacceptable with not groom dreds check me in then told me to go to the counter I ( who ever gave this dude a job with his hair like that needs they job reevaluate)begin to go the store manager called him to do her work and made me wait... It is unsafe for a store manager to be a store manager on a cane barely able to walk to get the work done herself and let the store reps work on getting customers out... The sales won't stand at its higher points having someone handicap working with no strength as a store manager.. The store manager efforts towards customers service can not be met at a fast pace... I often wander how many other handicap ppl u have at other location slowing the process down of a high dollar sales .. this must be thorouhly investigate and look at closely.. I don't have these problems when Jackie, Lisa, Debbie or Frank are working in the store they move fast and get all customers out on time... And I will remain entering this location without retaliation upon me by the store manager for writing this true accurate statement review about the store manager... I don't ever have a problem with no one else..

Pack your sleeping bag if you want to shop here. You're going to be here awhile. Try one of the other many dispensaries in town with minimal wait time.

Imagine having the literally the easiest job in the world and locking your doors 15 min before you close. Especially on a pick up order. SMH.
