Trulieve on 19th Ave and Peoria has outstanding customer service. The gentleman at check-in was incredible — welcoming, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond. He made the entire experience smooth and honestly made my day. You don’t see service like that everywhere. Thank you to the team, and especially to him, for the kindness and care. I’ll definitely be back.
2 budtenders on green Wednesday is crazy to me. On top of that it takes too long to check in and also one of the budtenders took an online order customer as SOON as he walked in which is unfair. I won’t be back.
