Tweedle D's

I discovered Tweedle D’s a couple years ago while visiting my Alma mater. I was so impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable person working the counter! He really went above and beyond by educating me, listening to me explain my family member’s needs, helping me choose products. He spent about an hour all told, then explained the rewards program, enrolled me, and gave me 20% off my qualifying order. He had explained that I could order online, which I have done so since then, switching from the east coast dispensary I was using in favor of Tweedle D’s far superior product. During this time, their customer service has remained outstanding. There seems to be a technical issue with my account- I can not view my reward points or enter coupon codes- and a Tweedle D’s rep has spent a great deal of time working with me personally to ensure I receive the rewards or current sale prices I am eligible for. They even spent this high level of one-on-one time with one of their patrons during a particularly hectic time for them with Governor DeWine’s emergency order. I am grateful Tweedle D’s remains open and continues to offer some of the best customer service I have ever received. I have a family member with a serious illness that is alleviated by THC products and Tweedle D’s provides me some peace of mind knowing I can expect great product, reasonable prices and expert knowledge. Great prices, great rewards, great customer service!

This is a hemp shop, I am not sure if it operates as an actual dispensary, according to YS Chamber of Commerce. Need to check. The bulk, if not all of their products from what I could tell, are hemp-derived Delta 8 and 9. That's fine for the novice, but not if you have a significant tolerance. Hemp-derived products do not have the same effect as dispensary-grade. I don't care how "quality" they are. They do have a wide array of interesting products. Some hemp versions of dispensary-grade options (wyld). Customer service is a bit lacking. This one is a miss for me, but I can see the appeal where others might be concerned. One last point of contention: They tend to be a bit condescending towards dissenting reviews here as well- a HUGE turn-off.

Always love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. Always a delight to visit.

The 2 one hitters I bought barely worked at all but the worst thing is that the $40Active AXM THC vape I bought (because I was told it was extremely potent) sucked! It wasn't even as good as low quality CBD. I feel swindled.

If you’re looking for a shop that is super laid back friendly and helpful…it’s this place. Every time I come in everyone is so upbeat and friendly! They even helped me find something that truly helps with my massive anxiety attacks! I haven’t tried all of their products because the variety is insane but what I have tried is 10/10! From vapes to gummies to flower to tinctures…they legitimately have it all! Why go to a busy pricey dispensary when you can come here and get the service and quality products you deserve? I’ve recently moved here from Chicago and this place is unlike any store I’ve experienced! It’s 100 percent my favorite part of Ohio so far! Oh and if you’re going in for a vape or gummies these two are my favorite! Very mellow and giggly but with a hint of focus. I’ve attached some pics of them!
