I had a terrible experience at this store. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The person who attends customers has very poor emotional control and treats people badly for no reason. He started yelling at me and being extremely rude even though I hadn’t done anything wrong. When I tried to calmly explain the misunderstanding, he kept being disrespectful and aggressive. He even started threatening me by saying there were cameras with video and audio, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Honestly, it seems like he has serious issues with how he handles people, it might be mental idk. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a store. I would never recommend this place to anyone. But I do recommend TROPICAL SMOKES it’s right by this shop. I came to Tropical Smokes — and it completely changed my day. The people here are amazing! They treat you with kindness, they take the time to talk to you, and they truly care about their customers. Everything feels personal and welcoming. They even grow their own cannabis, which makes their products really special and high quality. On top of that, they offer great discounts and excellent customer service. I 100% recommend Tropical Smokes — it’s honestly one of the best places you can go!
