I had an amazing experience thanks to Nate! From the moment I walked into the smoke shop, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions with patience, made solid recommendations, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Nate has great customer service skills and really goes above and beyond for his customers. If you ever stop by, definitely ask for him, he’ll take care of you!

I would like to be clear when I say I am giving five stars purely for Nate. He is great With people and knowledgeable and funny. I know that anytime he is working he will have a smile on his face and completely have an infectious positivity about him.coming from somebody in the hospitality industry for 17 years, managing , opening, and in leadership positions—the owner is truly lucky to have him As a member of his staff. With that being said the self proclaimed manager was disappointing. For starters he was quick to tell me that he was the store manager and “Nate’s boss” , but it took him a long time to get me rung up and find the item in the pos. My suggestion would be if you’re going to be so quick and eager to claim your manager or the boss of another person Employed there, you had better be the one that can answer every question and knows things like the back of their hand which this gentleman obviously did not, and it seemed like he very rarely used the POS or even took care of customers, which was really disappointing. I am shocked that he is the manager if the owner reads these reviews I will bet money that if you make Nate the manager for a trial run of a month let’s say, your ratings will not only go up, but your sales will go up too. Not to mention, I was doing a partial payment because I had small amount of money on my Apple Pay card and for some reason, my bank card didn’t work so I had to cancel the transaction and planned to come back . The partial payment taken was never reversed back to my card and the entire time the self proclaimed manager gave me the impression that he was irritated, annoyed, like he wanted to say something he couldn’t because he was at work…which was extremely uncomfortable for me as a paying customer who frequently comes in. Only coming when Nate is working going forward and if he’s not working I will take my business elsewhere.
