THCa in New Hampshire: Restricted
RSA 318-B:1 defines 'cannabis-type drug' as all parts of any plant of the Cannabis genus, and the word hemp does not appear in the section at all. The only exclusions are the archaic ones — mature stalks, fiber, oil or cake from seeds, and sterilized seed. There is no THC threshold, so on the controlled-drug act's own definitions hemp flower is not carved out. A basis for lawful hemp retail may exist elsewhere in New Hampshire law; we have not located it, so this row is provisional and suppresses nothing.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

Exactly What I Needed! I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to share how much Nature’s Pure CBD Oils have helped me. I’ve tried a few different brands before, but this one is by far the best. I mainly use it to help with stress and to sleep better at night, and I genuinely feel a difference. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested, which hasn’t happened for me in years! The oil tastes clean and mild — no weird aftertaste — and I love that they’re upfront about what’s in it. Shipping was quick, and I really appreciate the friendly updates along the way. All in all, I’m super happy I gave this a shot. If you’re on the fence, I say go for it. It’s made a big difference for me!
