I Ran out of medical allowances and had a larger order. He made splitting it simple and easy. Great guy. He’s helped me often.

Staff is friendly, store is very classy. They have occasionally sales so I come and go depending on their prices. The wait is sometimes long sometimes not. It’s on Ridge Ave so the traffic is ridiculous but it is one of the better dispensaries around Cincinnati. However they do not take debit cards so bring cash unless you want to pay extra 7 bucks to get your cash from their ATM. Appreciate the $15 10ths!!!! You guys rock!

Expensive,long wait,but good products.not efficient in getting customers in and out.they need to have tablets and consultants help people who haven't placed an order in the waiting room to speed up service rebuild the inside setup so workers have products closer for faster access or have someone getting orders ready ahead of time when order is checked in.if they fixed that they would be one of the best
