I went to grab a smoking piece yesterday Looking to find something easier than what I’m dealing with now. The lady was super sweet originally . She oversold me on things that I didn’t need, but I bought anyway. I tried the Puffco I bought last night and it quite literally burnt all of my product. I researched videos, Did everything that she told me, but it was awful compared to everything else I’ve used. I go to bring it in today and two people tell me they are not allowed to return the item if it is used. How was I supposed to know if it was broken without using it I asked- They said I should have heated it up. I DID LOL. And then did it again to get high and it turned BLACK on the LOWEST setting! They’re airheads in here. Didn’t Tell me their return policy. Spending like $130 for something you can’t return if it’s broken is insane! I would have never purchased this.

Best selection and prices on Kratom compared to other smoke shops...My problem with this place is the check out process. First, they immediately ask you what you want as soon as you walk in the door which is awkward. Once I tell them what I want, they try to upsell me on other stuff that I don't want which is annoying since I've been coming here for a while and I already know what they have. Then once you get to the register, they make you show the name on your card so they can match it to your ID. They also make you bag everything (even if you don't want a bag) which extends the check out time even further. This is really annoying because I come here on my work break and it takes forever to check out. The whole process is just irritating.

Returned my water pipe never used returned it after 3 days and was denied any kind of refund or exchange.

Love the place, worth driving past smokers haven and going here, good quality stuff, I have been going there for years now and today's experience buying a new piece I just need to say that the girl that was working there she's 19 you can Tell she's 19 but by the way she works she does not seem like a 19-year-old she went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right rig out of three and I got to say I got home and I am in love with this new one it's amazing it's one of the Cheech brand name rigs and thanks to her she sold me on it. But honestly just really the best thing about this place is the people that work there and the fact that they will be patient with you and not get annoyed that you want to look at this one and that one she did a very good job whoever she is she deserves a raise on Thursday July 25th around noon.
