YiLo Superstore (Arcadia) - SKY HARBOR

I've never been more disappointed with a dispensaries customer service than today. I had purchased a vape cartridge from this store and not 2 days later does the cartridge Crack and brake with nearly the majority of the cart still full. There was no cause for the Crack as it sat safely in my pocket. Now I've had my fair share of bad carts with the oil coming out or constant clogging but never have I had a cartridge Crack and break on me. When I went back in to explain my issue and see if I could exchange or return it, they would not allow it stating " if we didn't sell it to you cracked, you cant return it." First of all what kind of BS is that. If you are selling cracked cartridges in a dispensary switch to a different industry. How is it my fault the store purchases cheap and brittle cartridges for their stuff. I've been to other dispensaries that'll happily exchange an item that isn't functioning properly. You would think this being a smaller company they'd extend a similar customer service but no. So if you are going to buy from this store I'd seriously reconsider and I suggest not buying any of the store brand products.

Love coming to Yo-Lo. Meghan always takes care of me and is keeping me to to date of any deals. Definitely makes the experience more enjoyable!

Why are you guys still selling 8th for 20 after tax, when everyone else around you guys are selling them for 10 after tax. I use to go to your store all the time but the price isn't matching. I can get a half oz of nugs at jars for 39 after tax. But at your store they're anywhere from 45-50 on up. Doesn't make sense to shop at your store until you match prices with the competing dispos in the area
