I would like to take this opportunity to register my disappointment at the shift from cartridges to disposables. Any increase in the amount of material that is used and disposed of is not sensitive to the ecological imperatives that we are faced with.
I had encounters with 2 staff members and both were terrific. They answered my questions and gave recommendations!
