Chill Vibe Store

I’ve been in this store a total of three times over the last month. The First Gentleman I dealt with about two weeks ago was very nice remembered the product I called about when I came to pick it up gave me a bag and a receipt and asked me to check my products. One of them worked the other didn’t and he gave me and new one. He asked if it was my first time in and gave me a discount. I came in last night and asked for the same product they didn’t have it and I said thank you and turned to leave but the guy kept talking to me. I tried to tell him I didn’t want another product but he talked me into buying something anyway. He didn’t not give me a bag or receipt but I did try it in site and it worked. Last night I was looking at it and realized it was not all the way full and you can clearly tell both sides are not full with one side containing even less than the other. I swear I’m an average weight woman and I cannot smoke half of a pen’s liquid within just one hour. I came in today to find out what to do about the issue and the same guy from last night was here along with an additional employee I have not met. This employee was very adamant on no refunds and I asked for and exchange to which he also said no. I asked if there was anything else they could do and they both tried to sell me on more products just with a discount. I told them I did not want to buy anything else and the new man just kept saying they would not do a refund each time getting more loud and aggressive. I simply tried to explain that this wasn’t fair that my product had to sit straight up and down for me to see the issue. I asked if I could leave my number to speak with a manager but the man continued getting aggressive saying no and they would not refund so I angrily told him he was being rude and I no longer even wanted a refund because I understood but this was dangerous because the product is not filled but him being rude last my business and I will ensure other people do not bring their business here. I can understand rules but if someone asks to speak with a manager let them! And don’t raise your voice when someone is simply asking questions! I was going to be willing to walk away simply if he had said the manager wouldn’t take my call about the issue but he had to raise his voice at me.

Hands down one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. The energy here is always on point—true to the name, it’s got a real chill vibe from the moment you walk in. Best store around in the area, great quantity and quality flower for price. Have a great selection of edibles, flowers, concentrate and accessories! Highly recommend to anyone I talk to.
