After speaking with the employee and reviewing the security footage, it is clear that the situation escalated when the employee asked for your ID, which you did not have, resulting in the refusal of a Black and Mild sale. At that point, your behavior became confrontational, including making threats and even spitting in the employee’s direction. The employee, however, remained observant and noted the license plate, KEH-****, of the Volkswagen Jetta you were driving.
