My first experience as a customer was horrible. This was my second time in the store ever and my first time as a consumer. The first time I visited the store I had a great experience and was looking to get hired which didn’t happen but I didn’t take it personally. Fast forward to today I’m on my way home and decide to stop in and grab something before the inclement weather has me in the house! So I decided to stop by, mind you it’s raining, dark and there’s ice in the road. There was a bus or large vehicle in oncoming traffic with bright lights, the road was wet, and I also have strained eyesight, this combination of events made me miss the driveway turning onto the grass just beside it instead. Because there was a large vehicle oncoming I just carefully decided to proceed into the parking lot instead of backing out to turn into the driveway; I’d have been hit. Anyways I back in and in my mirror I see a man standing in the window just watching me park… I’m already feeling kind of weird about that but I figured maybe my truck made a noise when I jumped the curb and he must’ve been checking things out. I proceed into the dispensary after parking and the guy just slowly walks over back to behind the counter and stands there and stares at me. I ask if he’s ok and he proceeds to ask me if he just witnessed my pulling in the way I just described which he clearly witnessed as he was staring out the window the whole time. Feeling uncomfortable I tried to tell him about my bad eyesight and bright lights ain’t oncoming traffic and quickly move on to talk about the products in which I was looking to buy. He’s still just standing there staring so I ask if he’s ok again and if he’d like to go check outside for any damages to the grass. He said no because he couldn’t see..How ironic. I waited a moment and just decided to tell him to enjoy the rest of his evening and leave. He still showed no interest in serving me and looked at me as if I was the high one when his eyes were barely open. I was going to spend my fair share in this store and definitely glad I didn’t. I will never ever return and make SURE to tell everyone I know to never support this business as well. Customer service was exceptionally terrible today. Shop elsewhere if you value the product as well as the experience.
