Really disappointed with this place. I bought a RAZ vape Sunday evening, it needed charge this morning (Tuesday). I went to charge it and its not charging at all on any charger. I went to go see if they could exchange it because it was defective. The girl be hind the couch ter said she couldn't, it's stated on the receipt. (I never got a receipt). She said she could give me 10% off a new vape. Why would I spend money on a new vape when I just threw $20 down less than 2 days ago?. They sold me a defective vape. Her attitude was along the lines of not my problem this is how it is. How do you expect Customer Loyalty if your not loyal to your customers. They lost a Customer.

I love coming to hippie house! It’s the best environment and friendliest staff. Cam and Rea were so helpful talking about products and leading me to the best decision. All around, incredible staff who are kind and know their products! Special mention for Ben because I love Ben so much but didn’t see him today!!
