Amazing customer service, and Top Quality flower when you walk in the door you are greeted by your name. Sam and Tyler definitely have a way of making you feel like family and not making you feel rushed they both give you their undivided attention And answer any questions you have my anxiety has calmed down 100% since I found the store. Great location. You should give them a try. Also, the honey sticks are amazing in your tea extremely calming.

Sometimes technology doesn't work as we want it to, but the way they managed the issue was great and my best friend was really happy with their product at the end of the day (since I bought him flower for his bday from here) and that's what matters. Thanks for doing a great job and I can't wait to support you guys for years to come! OLD REVIEW: This is a review specifically for the website. I placed an order almost a week ago, have emailed multiple times with no response, gotten broken links in their automated emails that claim to have my tracking info but does not work, have left voicemails about my issue without anybody following up, and on top of that, my order got messed up due to an address issue. I received a call today that there was some issue even though I can see in my receipt that I added in the right address. Overall, an extremely poor experience and lack of customer service/responsiveness. Extremely disappointing too as I am a HUGE fan of their product and in-store experience, but will never again order from their site as it clearly shows that there is not an equal amount of prioritization and care for their online site compared to their physical locations. Super bummed.

Absolutely the best Bud in the Southeast! Been a customer for over a year now and Sam is my guy! He is super knowledgeable and always has the best recommendations because he knows what I like!
