The name was what immediately got my attention being a fan of the movies this store parodies. I was going to visit there regardless of the experience. The parking outside along the building has a giant ape saying the store name. I was hyped! I go in and the store for being busy was still immaculate. The service, which in Cleveland can be hit or miss, was awesome! They asked what I needed, directed me right to it and stayed with me till I decided what I want. In a city where customer service and friendliness are usually on a back burner, it is certainly not the case here. Give it a shot! I hope your experience is as great as mine!

Shea, jesse and jamie were all very helpful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix a situation where i was given false information from a sister store and did the most selfless act to make it right! Will forever be switching to this location as apposed to the sister store, not to mention everytime i come in there with my nephew they are always so caring and the last few times i have gone have given my nephew a ball everytime! Thank tou to these amazing souls a persons day was truely changed for the better!

Ryan is absolutely incredible. Knows everything about the products and explains it clearly without making you feel stupid at all for asking. Went with some mushroom gummies and a dispo hybrid and was thoroughly pleased with the selection. Will for sure be a repeat customer. :D Stopped in again today. Talked to Abe. Great guy! Knows his stuff well. Everyone here is always so kind and knowledgeable. 5/5 forever

Went in tonight will never shop again went in to buy a disposable vape around 7:20pm. I got one of the cheap disposable vapes for 10 handed the kid a 20 he told me it was $10.79 with tax okay then he proceeded to hand me $8.21 then I said change should be 9.21 he didn’t say anything and refused to admit he was wrong or give me the extra dollar. I’ve shopped this location last year and service was great and always right with giving change I guess not no more. And vape was dead when I opened it
