Had a great experience here as soon as I walked in the door. Key provided excellence service helping me pick items and was quick and very friendly when checking me out. Excellent service and great deals at The Botanist.

What a magnificent luxury deluxe fine fun beautiful establishment with a entire cast of the best bud tenders and employees available. Everyone was so kind welcoming fun cool chill my favorite two bartenders were Ryan and Tony. They were just absolutely incredible especially Tony. He really helped me with every thousands of my questions. This is the best dispensary in all of Cleveland and you would be a fool to not come to this dispensary and go to any other dispensary is wasting your time Because this is the best dispensary of all of Ohio
