Providing clear communication and professional service is very important to us, and we regret that this interaction left you feeling otherwise. To clarify, our return policy allows exchanges or refunds of opened products if a product is defective or faulty. This policy can be found on the bottom of the receipt for your reference. In this case, the cartridges were functioning properly. Because of this, our associate was unable to process the return under our policy. We understand how disappointing that must have been, especially after making the trip back to our store. Regarding the concern about being told you could “return for any reason,” we’ve spoken with our team members. They explained that when selling vape products, they generally let customers know that they can bring them back if there are issues with performance or function. We acknowledge that this may have been misinterpreted as a broader return option. We will be using this as a learning opportunity to ensure our staff communicates these details with greater precision moving forward. We also want to address your concerns about professionalism. Our staff are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. In this situation, our associate was focused on following company policy and was attempting to maintain a friendly demeanor in his language. We regret if the interaction felt anything less than courteous. We will be reinforcing the importance of professionalism in both words and demeanor so that every customer feels valued, even in situations where the outcome may not be what they had hoped for.
