That’s exactly why we go above and beyond to ensure everything we carry is third-party lab tested for potency, heavy metals, pesticides, and residual solvents. All of our house brand Hemptender products are tested through Delta 9 Analytical, a certified lab here in North Carolina. We also only work with brands that meet or exceed those same rigorous standards. Every product on our shelves, whether it’s ours or from one of the trusted brands we carry, comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). You’ll find ours via QR code on the packaging and on our website, and most brand partners host theirs directly on their own websites. We do this so customers can see exactly what’s inside and feel confident in what they're putting in their bodies. It’s true that federal regulation of hemp products is still evolving, but North Carolina does have product standards in place, and we proudly hold ourselves to them and often go beyond. For now, hemp-derived products are the only legal option available for many North Carolinians. That’s why we treat this responsibility seriously and hold our products to the same quality standards you’d expect in a regulated medical or recreational market.
