I got quite a shock today visiting this establishment. Vape district in Parma Heights on Pearl Road. I’m 51 years old and I’ve never experienced this. I was doing laundry on one side of the business and a walk to get a pizza on the other side. Why I was waiting on the pizza I walked into vape District, and politely shared that I was doing laundry next-door and got a pizza and decided to come see what products he had because I’ve never been in there. He then asked me immediately if I was buying anything, I told him no, although I was eyeing something to get in the near future I just didn’t say it. Then he immediately told me that unfortunately there’s no soliciting and that I would have to leave. I’ve never in my 51 years been treated like that. There’s no way this moron could’ve been the owner I shared this on Facebook, Google review, going to let the owner know, and I personally will never go here again.

I usually go to both of their locations. Their service is impeccable and I love the two brothers just in general, a family oriented shop, great vibe, and the workers all feel like family.

I come here for all my basic needs and they've always had the best priced products. Theyre also super quick while helping me every time while also answering all my questions. Oliver was also very kind and very patient while helping me the other day - thank you guys so much :)

There was a slight misunderstanding about a device that was bought . Nick came in and did an outstanding job as far as taking care of this misunderstanding . Have visited this store a lot . And have always had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and services
